Horrible place. They try to overcharge you at every step of the way. In addition, when they finally "deliver" their service they don't do it well. I have a 8 gear bike and they put on parts that fit a 10 gear bike - making the "repair" completely useless. Stay away from this establishment at all cost.

Yesterday when i tried to check gear, they tried to sell light at first. And before check i said " for checking you pay 250 dkk". What?? They must crazy to earn money....

I came because of a flat tire. They tried to sell me additional bike check up and insisted that my breaks had to be changed. After picking up my bike the day after, they had not mounted back my old breaks properly and my bike couldn’t break anymore. I went back and they insisted once again that they couldn’t do anything and I must change the break. It was tightened and now it works fine. Just got the impression that they try to overcharge and oversell. I have no trust in them and will définit not come back.

We borrowed a cargo bike. Two days 700 DKK. The bike was in such bad condition that we returned it the next day. The bike shop now insisted on a daily rate of 500 DKK. Poor quality, poor service.
