Great place. Coolest people reside here. With great underground concert. Vegan community kitchen and activism house.

It's an open (cooperative) building administered by volunteers, many of which are on the political left. It's an excellent venue for alternative music and other events, and there's an industrial kitchen and reading café. The floors may be dirty but the people are nice, and if you know what you're going into, it will be a positive experience. Check out their website and Facebook for more information.

Wonderful place. We borrowed their kitchen for volunteer work. Lovely people, well equipped kitchen and inspiring decor. I hope I can cook there again!

Amazing space run by brilliant people and a crew of volunteers. Went for K-Town festival, they couldn't have done a better job. Great sound, and a good space for artwork upstairs. The bar next door was wicked too. South London should have somewhere (official) like this! Back next year.

Saw a 2 day festival here. Nice and cosy place with a good sound. The sound isn't great at the back and we had to get within about 10 rows to start to get to the point where we couldn't just chat between us. Beers was cheap. Smoking is outside. Location is good too
