Most unprofessional place for me. Today kl.09.20 I have talked with a guy over the phone who doesn't want to tell me his name because he is afraid. When I asked how much will cost me to change a center console (armrest) latch , he said between 30min and 1 hour !!??? Pls check in youtube video that this takes exactly 5 min... The latch cost 140 kr,but the job which takes 5 min ,they asked about 700 kr.. Most unprofessional and unfriendly place for Mazda in Copenhagen. Don't go there no matter what. I still remember how they asked me to accept reparation of the engine of my car for about 25000 kr,but in another Mazda service they changed diesel pump and problem solved... Another example : after they change my oil ,the oil start leaking front of my house...!!! They accept is their fault. Today was really ugly with the guy on the phone. I have asked him for his name,then he hung up ))))) Don't go there..choose another service !!!!

Just a quick heads up for english speaking potential customers. A while ago i needed to make a service for my Hyundai so i called Terminalen Taastrup to set up an appointment. Calling there I was redirected to workshop, i talked to the women that made me feel that she isnt really happy talking in english, but thats OK, she has a right to feel this way and express it too. She set up a time for me in two weeks, when i showed up at the workshop it turned out that there is no appointed time for me. Some other person politely apologized and set up another time for me and everything worked this time. I assumed it was just a mistake but when i needed a second service for my car I called again and had great luck to talk to the same women. This time i was more careful and checked if she has right phone nr and mail address of mine to avoid further mistakes, it was all good. At the end being suspicious i asked about her name but she hasn't answered playing a fool. As expected, no appointment for me this time again. That was my last approach there. I can recommend Hyundai Dealership in Roskilde, smooth cooperation instead pathetic jokers.
