I was just passing by,need help with rear brake , person there was extremely polite and he helped on a spot . Super service . Forget about all those bicykle shops in centrum use this ine instead.

I called up Strandvejen Cykler (after another bicycle shop couldn't help me, because it was too last minute); I had a flight in 3 days and needed help disassembling my bike to take it with me as I'm moving back to my country. I could go right away and I was helped by a really kind man, who was thinking with me for a solution, and he helped me to disassemble parts of my bike. He didn't even want to charge anything. 'Angels' do exist and they are just kind people among us :) There's also a really sweet labrador in the shop. Thank you so much again for your help!

They make good repairs when they otherwise bother. Up to several times I have been greeted by the same arrogant and unkind employee who apparently does not think it is worth getting up to say hello. In addition, they can never take your bike in because they are too busy. Furthermore, you can't just leave your bike there and wait for a ride - no, you have to book a time for that.

Fantastic service. I showed up unannounced 1/2 hour before closing time and asked if I was lucky enough to get my bike to a service inspection before closing time. I was not. The bike mechanic was working on another bike. Well, hopefully I could get a new headlight if he couldn't get the old one on the bike that I bought from him to work. He came over and took the lantern apart and got it working. He held the door for me when I had to go out, and then he pumped up the bike when I got out. WITHOUT CALCULATION. I call that really good service, and I will definitely have my service inspection there, even if it is not the nearest bike workshop.
