Was received in the sales department on the 1st floor by Marcus, who in a good way inquired about needs and wishes. Have always driven AUDI and now considering switching to Mercedes. Don't know anything about ⭐ but the demo car chosen meets my needs, thanks to Marcus' questioning technique.. I will now try the AUDI A5 and then choose..

I had booked a showing of my car at 12 noon. At 12.30 the seller was still not ready. I would have given Starmark 0 stars. But a nice service-minded young salesman (who couldn't rate used cars) was quick to get us out and driving in one of their lovely cars :-)
