I‘m a fan and a regular customer of Starbucks and have visited a lot of its shops across Europe. This one didn’t have Starbucks-Standards. It wasn’t very clean. The staff was busy and not focused, I ordered a Frappuccino without cream but got it with cream. There wasn’t a lot of deserts to order. The location is nice.

I love to go to Starbucks and have a coffee because of the friendly service and the funny special drinks, but I got disappointed this time. When I went inside with my son in his pram and asked where I can park it, I just got a „I don‘t know.“ like „It‘s your problem if you have a baby. Deal with it.“. That was more than rude and is not very family friendly. That never happened at another branch to me before! Please, choose your staff wisely in the future!

disappointed. I always visit starbucks when I pass one no matter where in the world it is. I got a really delicious rye bread sandwich. but starbucks makes coffee and for the first time i have been disappointed with it. there was no taste and my coffee was given to someone else so they had to make a new one + suddenly there was dirty and limited Danish comfort

My barista made a good latte even with the chaos going on around her. The location is in a tourist area with floods of people coming and going. Lots of distraction and with the sunlight directly in her face. Thank you!

The barista named Matias or Mathias from Italy, did not smile at all (seemed quite angry actually) and would rather chat with his colleagues on the bar and than attend the line. Super slow service.
