Admit your mistakes. You ruined the frame of my bike when the support leg had to be changed. Fair enough, but don't creep around. Of course, it has nothing to do with whether the bike was re-tensioned last year - you don't tighten the frame. Everyone makes mistakes, but an honest bike dealer owns up to his mistake.
