Worst experience, and worst staff.. I have treated the car so nicely and I should get my deposit back... they are deducting DKK 32,000 from my account. Since they think I have driven too much, even though I had the extra kilometers in the contract.. they say I will get my deposit back and it was a mistake with the extra kilometers.. then they deduct an additional 1 month's rent, so I have paid a month too much. It's absolutely absurd that they pull for all sorts of self-invented things. The car was also delivered completely dirty.

I had the pleasure of trying their minilease (short term leasing / micro leasing) concept and I must say I am amazed! I got a brand new Polestar 2 (recommended!) with plastic still on! The staff at Kystvejen in Dragør were welcoming and informative, they answered all my questions. I have now ordered my next lease car from Sixt Mini-lease and I am looking forward to it immensely.
