Unpleasant experience with service at SEAT & CUPRA Brøndby Three days ago we bought a Cupra Born, and we were naturally very excited about our new car. When we first got it home, the alarm on the car started going off. We naturally rushed out to the car, but there was nothing to be seen. The alarm repeated several times and we began to worry. Why does the alarm go off again and again for no apparent reason? It was of course disturbing, also for our neighbours. The next day we called Cupra, their official office, to find out if the car needed a workshop. We found and booked an appointment with SEAT & CUPRA Brøndby. At first they weren't sure if they had time to look at it but they said we could just park the car and if they had time they would look at it. Luckily they got time, but they couldn't find the fault?, and now they had spent time reviewing the car, so now we had to come and pay for the time they had spent, otherwise we wouldn't get the car delivered. There was no explanation or question about payment - the first thing they said was the threat that we would not get our newly purchased car delivered. The invoice was for just over DKK 900, and we had provided contact information for where the invoice should be sent to (the dealer we had bought the car from). So at no time had we refused to pay for the service. Threatening to withhold a new car and making us out to be cheaters, scammers and dishonest people was a really unpleasant experience. When we came to collect the car, of course we asked what we should do if it happened again. Their response was: "We have examined the car and found no faults, so it is not our problem; you will have to find out for yourself." So if you want to be treated like a pig and treated badly, you just have to shop at SEAT & CUPRA Brøndby.

Almost lost a rear wheel on the motorway after a wheel change, a bolt was missing and the others were on their way. The car began to rumble violently Compensation a free wheel change and a car wash, super nice Skoda😪

Super friendly and skilled. The workshop in particular has a good service - at least towards their regular customers. Probably also new. Even if you stop by with an urgent problem.

We give top marks again, have come to them Skoda for many years and have always been super satisfied with their handling of our car 👍💪😃 and the service and handling are top marks 👍😊👏see you again soon....

Well hidden in the basement under the Skoda, lousy signs/display from the outside. Minimalist advertising indoors (in the Skoda section) The Seat/Cupra department itself is reasonably packed, with a good wide selection of models, completely empty of people on the 4 visits I have been, sellers/staff in the Skoda department can be contacted for questions/shows.

Find another place. I had to look at a seat, but when I arrive the store is empty in the basement of employees. And the Skoda upstairs where you have to go through to get down to the seat, they ignore you almost completely. No thanks from here.
