SAS Airlines long haul review..... The seat belts have tons of slack- I'm 5'6" busty and hippy! Spacious seats- the one in front of me in the pic is leaned back, and my legs are pretty long considering my height. The food was delicious- no salt or pepper needed (I believe in seasoning EVERYTHING 😜) Post dinner warm Tea was served🤤 Bathroom was also extremely spacious, compared to all other airlines I've flown (I've been an actively traveling Travel Planner for 7 years) Currently flying over Iceland, on my way to Copenhagen, and I will definitely fly with SAS again👍🏽 ✈️✈️✈️✈️✈️

Smallest possible aircraft for transantlantic flight.

After 300.000 Km Business flying with SAS and other Companies, I can absolutely say SAS is the worst company to use. they just want high prices and give no service. I hope they will dissapear so others can take over.

They will tell you on the phone that you can bring a child’s stroller to the gate. Even the airport allows that you can, as per their website. Yet they will make you check it in at the check-in counter anyways. Disappointingly inconsistent policy.

Horrible airline. I have no choice but have flown SAS return from London to Copenhagen almost every week for the last five months and when I submitted a claim for compensation within EU regulations as my flight was delayed for more than 5 hours, my claim was rejected in a typically Scandinavian fashion - cold, clinical, robotic and unfriendly. The planes are also so bare bones and barely passes off as a mediocre plane. Comparable to easyJet's level of comfort but much more expensive; no meals whatsoever provided. Honestly not worth it at all.

HUGE problems with their service. Especially for priority members there are constant glitches. Last major cock up is that you suddenly have to pay for checked bags ("we sent out a message" - yeah right). Implications of this surprise was either to pay €70 for a 6kg bag or throw out €40 in toiletries over 100mL. I'm not impressed and will move my business elsewhere. EDIT: I went to SAS service in Copenhagen and was treated very rudely and condescending. I had to show them how ridiculous this is from the (priority) customer's point of view. - When booking/buying the ticket via mobile there's NO indication of Go Light. Everything is Go - After choosing the departure time there actually is a chance to see that it's a Light ticket. But only if you are very observant and you now have to remember that by heart until you actually fly! - In the email confirmation there is no mention of Light. - Entering the ticket in the SAS mobile app it clearly states Go - There is absolutely no way for the user to see that the ticket is anything else than Go! - The "rule" itself is VERY hard to find even when you are looking for it. You go to SAS priority and read that there IS intact bags included. BUT there's a footnote and reading that there's STILL bags included. BUT there's yet another link to a note about 'new rules' and if you go here it actually says that you pay for bags on Light - But then we are back to the issue where the ticket states Go!!!

Worst customer service ever. Will avoid at all costs to fly with this airline again.
