Dishonest. They promissed to fix a winter jacket zipper, charged for the price of one (550), however, they delivered a low quality zipper that was not what we had agreed upon. They wanted to charge an extra 100dkk to redo the service they should have done correctly on the first place! First they told me they didn't have the right one, after a lot of conversation he admitted he had it, but wanted to charge me 600dkk (which is insane). Finally, after a lot of negociation they decided to do the job they were asked to in the first place... Uærlig. De lovede at ordne en vinterjakke lynlås, opkrævede prisen på en, dog leverede de en lav kvalitet lynlås, der ikke var det, vi havde aftalt.

Steer clear of this place especially if you're a woman. I got a dress repaired here; after I picked it up, the cashier took my phone number from their customer database and used it for dating purposes. Shocked, I turned down the person's advances. The following day, I received a text from a strange number stating that I owe the company money and that I should MobilePay them 300 kroner more, which is absolutely insane. If possible, please go somewhere else. Do not give them your personal info and make sure to always ask them for a receipt; they only take cash payments, which is dubious as well.

Careless operation and a poor result. Should have tucked in the waist of a blazer, it's tucked in way too far, no longer fits - owner takes no responsibility and doesn't acknowledge mistakes.

Sewed crookedly and really ugly. I will have to find another tailor who can hopefully fix the damage

My beloved old jeans, which were worn and holed after several bike rides, are now like new again after very nice tailoring. I am deeply grateful. Will definitely use Rosenborggade Skrædder again. Very friendly and helpful service and reasonable price. Etc. Linda
