Kept on getting a flat tire even though I would change it and check. Finally brought it in here and they were able to find a piece of glass that I missed while checking. They were very nice, and timely. I felt bad that I came in basically at closing time because my bus was late. They were very nice though, and still helped me. Will definitely come again if my bike breaks down again.

I got shocked when he charged me for services that he hadn't discussed them with me before. I asked him specifically to tell me how much would be the price before he does anything, and he agreed. The next day he charged me 1098 DKK. See the pictures below:

Unfortunately, I had the same experience as RJ describes in another review. It was agreed to change the hose and that he should call if anything else needed to be done. But on collection there was a "service" with unknown contents on top of DKK 349. My wife chose to pay to bring the bike home. I thought that was legitimately rude. But when I see the other review, it looks a little too much like a deliberate strategy. So make sure you get an agreement that all work and all prices must be agreed in writing.
