It's nice at the Town Hall. You book an appointment, the day before you have an appointment you receive a message so you don't forget to show up. You check in when you arrive, take a seat at a cafe table, maybe have a cup of coffee first etc.. then you just wait for the number you got at check in to appear on the board.
