I ordered a family pizza (no. 91) with tomato sauce, mozzarella, gorgonzola, Parma ham, rocket and pesto. The pizza was completely dry and crunchy like a biscuit. I could neither taste that there was tomato sauce, mozzarella or gorgonzola on it. In fact, I couldn't see that there was any cheese on it. I could tell the tomato sauce because of the color, but it was burnt all the way down to a dark brown crust. Ham, arugula and pesto were added after the base was baked, so they hadn't ruined it.
