Fantastic place for hangout during summer days. Having your coffee, drinks and ice cream while looking at your green environment. Plenty of tables and chairs outside. If the weather is cold there are plenty of tables as well inside the cafe. The place closed from Mid September and open in Spring.

The Paillionen is located within the park (I can never spell the name 😊) and has a really nice outdoor area with seating for hot summer days and an indoor area for more cooler days (closed currently due to Corona). A small bit good selection of beers, wines and other drinks and is a really nice place to sit and watch the goings on in the park. Good friendly service too!

Looks cozy, but sadly closed during Corona winter.

Went for ice cream, asked to try one of their flavours as it seemed interesting, I got a big NO and for that I give 1 star, because usually as a paying customer, you should be able to try the ice-cream flavour before purchase. This for me, is considered a bad experience.

The bar attender send me, my sister and our toddlers far away while we were waiting for food. We asked for food to take away since we did not want to drink anything. It started to rain and we changed our mind so I wanted to order 2 coffees and go inside. We were sent on 4 letters and were even declined to use the bathroom. Keep away from this place if you want to enjoy your time in Copenhagen.

Great coffee and cakes. Good range of local beers. Lovely location in centre of park.

We went with the kids for a nice time and a burger. The sun was shining, the place not crowded with a large and safe lawn in front and a very nice wide space where the kids could play on their scooters. At first all went ok, however I would note that the burger had no salt in it and was not exactly cheap. I can accept that renting such a beautiful location can be expensive so I am not going to moan about the price. Sadly though when the kids needed to go to the bathroom the owner simply refused to open the it for us, for whatever mysterious reason and sent us to the public toilets 100 meters away (with two small children not the ideal scenario). That meant that had to leave and kids where extremely disappointed of having to leave. Ah, forgot to mention that the owner let one lady into the bathroom minutes before we asked and clearly counted on us not understanding Danish. Unfortunately for her, we do understand Danish and we can recognise a grumpy old woman with no passion for her job, no love for children, no pride on what she does. No wonder the place was empty. Sad story... Perhaps park authorities should consider giving a concession to smarter people next time as the location is truly beautiful and underused. You can always pick nick right in front of it! The toilets are only 100 meters away...
