Absolutely best chocolate ever. My personal favorite is 72% and to have a second choice I am slowly moving towards the 78% as well. I usually buy the 4kg bulk packages and use it as my "house chocolate" just for eating raw. Both the bite, the immediate taste and the lingering aftertast is superb. Highly recommended.

Chocolate fanatics, geeks and anyone who likes quality chocolate should know this address. For many years I have bought Bojens Chokolade and with the latest development to Oialla, Rasmus Bo Bojesen has reached the top in chocolate manufacturing. Only approx. 2% of the chocolate beans are criollo, Spanish for native, and here we are working with a wild-growing variety that is even more rare and in demand, namely Beniano. Pure ecology, zero additives, only cane sugar, and it gives pure pleasure when you let this exclusive chocolate melt in your mouth. It is of course also a joy to see a Dane perform world-class chocolate. I have thoroughly gone through French and Belgian chocolate over the past several years and Oialla now has the lead. My personal favorite variant is 72%, it has a really nice mouthfeel, not too fat, not too dry, a nice crack, so the technical level is high. Most important is the taste, rich, rich, elegant, floral, with quite a nice tartness that balances the sweetness, but try for yourself. The logistics have been working well, so thanks to Rasmus.

I have always sworn by milk chocolate as I thought it tasted like good chocolate. But one day I ran into Rasmus showing some work and after a chat I got a plate of chocolate that was 78 percent. Thought it should just go on the shelf and put away. But to my great surprise, I tasted some chocolate that I had never tried before. My big mistake was to let my wife taste it and she, like me, has become addicted to their 78 percent chocolate and we are now running on ten kg and the wife says in good time. Remember to order chocolate, I know I'm going to run out. I thought you should try 78 percent because it doesn't taste like a 78 percent, which is usually bitter. But here you have the real taste of good quality chocolate beans.

Unfortunately, there have been delivery difficulties for 78% of Oialla chocolate. During the three months, it was not possible to find anything that could match the Oiallaen. Now it is finally ready again. I have just had 8 kg delivered, so that every day I can enjoy a large piece of Denmark's best chocolate together with the afternoon coffee. Johs. Jensen

Probably some of the very best chocolate I've ever tasted! You can clearly taste the deep complexity associated with these wild and rare cocoa beans, which, with the great expertise of their chocolatiers, have been taken to an unheard of high level, with a sublime taste experience in all their varieties.
