I ordered home delivery of flowers and chocolates for my daughter via Interflora 2 days in advance with Nygårds Blomster. They were delivered at 20.30 in the evening (!), but the chocolate was missing and they promised to deliver it the next day. But now, two days later, nothing has arrived. I understand this is a very busy time for florists but if they can't handle the order they should say so and not accept the order and charge me.

Maybe you should teach those who drive out with flowers to call the right place. I don't open even if it's a bid. Very bad of interflore., and their bude. I actually don't think that the bouquet has ended up in the right place.
