In connection with the renovation of the bathroom, challenges subsequently arose, partly with the shower fixture and partly with the wall-hung WC, which was not properly attached, which, among other things, meant that plinth tiles etc. went loose. We have had to get Grohe to make a shower that, according to Grohe, was incorrectly installed, and we have been forced to get a new plumber to fix the wall-mounted WC, as Nehm VVS was not available in speech after repeated phone calls. Subsequently, I myself have had to ensure the re-establishment of the plinth tiles and the rubber joint around the WC

Bad experience last time I called them about an assignment, was told they could come Thursday morning this week. But no, no one showed up, not even a telephone inquiry and they also reply to emails sent to their email. So I spent a day walking and vrnting to no avail.So last time I use them..Anita

Never experienced such bad service. Do not honor the agreement with the customer, and do not notify the customer at all, even if they do not show up for the agreement. incredibly unprofessional, doesn't care about the customers and doesn't care about their work.

I got a quick answer. The fitter came the next day. He was friendly and competent and it was a pleasure to have my gas boiler serviced which had stopped working. I would like to use Nehm VVS again.
