Very rude staff. They asked for my ID and due to the front desk separator I couldn’t hear what he was saying so I repeated what he asked for just to make sure of what exactly he want, then, he started to have an attitude, and when I asked him to relax because I did nothing wrong he asked me to put my hands down, very bad place with a very rude staff.

Never, never have I experienced such an unpleasant person as the owner of this kiosk. The poor man must have never learned how to behave towards other people. He simply talks so badly and rudely when you just want to pick up your parcel... which they have thrown away on top of that. It doesn't surprise me at all to see how many others share my experience, unfortunately.

The young employee must only have thumps up. Super friendly and super helpful, never experiences problems when he is at work in the evening Etc. A regular customer who shops there every day!

ABSOLUTELY Disastrous service, no matter WHAT you need they are absolutely insane in there. ALSO, if you return a package with them, make sure you get a receipt right away! Otherwise, your package will never arrive.

Local kiosk that I have bought from for many years, and have also picked up a lot of packages from here. Always welcoming staff, always get a little good conversation and the things I'm currently missing. Sells everything you need in the kitchen, as well as the world's fastest package delivery. If you are in a hurry, you can get in and out with your package in about 1 minute. Can definitely recommend the kiosk for parcels, and just generally a super good kiosk :)

Unfortunately, I cannot give less than 1 star. Otherwise would have given minus 10 stars. Until two days ago, I collected packages without communication but with dissatisfaction and snorts from the employee. Both today and a few days ago I had to pick up packages. Both times I've been screwed hardcore with expressions like "You still don't understand anything, huh? It's unbelievable how stupid you can be so many times in a row" "You can just go ahead and have your package redirected - I simply don't bother you, you are SO STUPID - are you!!” "Go with you, I don't want to answer you" What did I do? I asked for my package to be delivered, stated the collection number, which was not good enough. He lifted the phone out of my hand and slammed it down on the counter. Unless you hand over your phone to him, you won't get your package delivered. I would ABSOLUTELY advise against having your parcel sent here - service is a concept that is completely unknown.

I have now asked the supplier to redirect my packages so that I do not have to experience the rude language and behavior from this place when delivering my packages. It must be said that in the past this has been ok, but today there was a young man who could hardly speak Danish and who had the worst condescending attitude and coarse mouth. I don't want to be talked down to when I pick up my packages. Rude!
