I cannot recommend Marinecare/Morten. He takes on a task a month ago. For various reasons, there is not really any progress, e.g. a trip abroad, which he had fairly informed about from the start. He refrains from dialogue about the task and does not report back. When we ask for a status on the next step, he gets bitch-offended and backs out of the task...so now we've wasted a month to no avail and have our season shortened accordingly as everyone is now in the worst peak season.
