23 December, I visited this restaurant, the atmosphere and food was good but the service was one of the worst. Because i waited for my food 1h even though the restaurant was not full. The guy who served us was welcoming at the beginning but when it came to pay for the food i was obligated to pay tips even though i was not satisfied with the service. He mentioned the fact that it is mandatory to pay tips in this restaurant even if the client does not want to pay. Everything was good, but not the service.

We had an excellent server who was accommodating to our requests. The pizzas tasted good but it is a little more on the expensive side. Beautifully decorated restaurant with multiple floors and a good atmosphere!

I wouldn't go again - relatively high prices definitely does not meet the poor quality food. My carbonara was overcooked and my friends risotto was lukewarm... It was bad. And also only 1 waiter for first floor...

The menu is mixed of American and Italian dishes. Although the foods were nothing memorable, we found the quality acceptable given the price point and location. The interior was cosy but very packed. The table service was nice.
