Ordered a car and was told we would get it in May. When we call and hear more about the date, they tell us that the car will not arrive until August. It's a shame that they don't inform themselves that the delivery time is changing and don't offer any kind of compensation either. Seller seems indifferent to customer service. We canceled the car without any problems - hence one star.

Was there today to look at an Opel with my wife. We have been in many dealers around lately. This was clearly the best experience in terms of service from an employee named Michael. Really increasing in the quiet and calm way. Not too much, rather not too little. A good selling condition according to our taste.
