Every time I call, I have to wait more then 20 min, even if I am first in the line ((

Seem like a good doctor's office

Really nice and competent doctors. They are always welcoming and listening. And they are really good for children. Although there may be a waiting time for consultation, we have always, without exception, been given time if there has been something urgent. So I would definitely recommend Lægerne i Frederiksgade - both me and my children have only had good experiences.

Several times, when I try to call the doctor's office in the morning, they hang up after some waiting time. Even when you call at exactly 8.. it is too poor... I therefore see no reason to have a doctor with them

have had these doctors after my doctor retired and am deeply disappointed, everyone in my family was switched to this doctor's office and we have all moved now after the sea got bad treatment time and time again, they take no responsibility at all and send a the hospital after scans and who knows what for no reason, been misdiagnosed 5 times by them in total and now it's over. Once I had blisters on my ears, and she said it was sunburn, then had to confirm with a consultation with the hospital that I have a sun allergy. Twice I had pain in my inner thigh all the way up, the doctor diagnosed it as an internal abscess and I had to go to the hospital immediately, after 6 hours of waiting, the doctor said after a 7 minute consultation that I had overstretched a muscle in my inner thigh, and why on earth my doctor had sent me up here to the hospital. not to mention the decidedly flabby phone lady/assistant they have. on top of that they open their practice by going on vacation for 2 weeks. ridiculous and deeply unprofessional. for God's sake choose other doctors. Never experienced anything like it.

The consultation I waited for a month lasted 2 minutes. The doctor was busy and she was not interested in helping me.

They are incredible professionals and they are some crazy souls/employee, I can see that there are many bad reviews, But it's just grown people who don't think about the fact that there is corona. Of course, you are not so warmly welcomed when all the rules of the relationship have to be observed, there are so many people in the clinic that my appointment was set 1 month and 16 days in advance, they are very stressed because there are so many people who all of a sudden have to must go to the doctor, because of corona. So now think about why it could be that you had that experience. Before you judge But of course it's your choice and I'm not going to delve into that, and you had the experience you had

When you call in the morning, they always have a clear waiting tone with a message about what number you have. If you call later in the day with questions, you will often be met by Malene. Always sweet, friendly and helpful. Anne Claudi, who is a doctor, is just perfect. She has "saved" both me and my wife when they were nervous about blood clots in both of us. Today Janni Hansen helped me with a blood test. Super professional. Have also been helped by the other doctors - there are also good ones. The only fault with medical centers - you rarely have a permanent doctor. Unfortunately. Can only say - after a little trouble at the beginning to get an appointment - it all works fine. And we are extremely satisfied customers. Regards Hanni and Rolf Høegh
