Terrible service. Ordered a sink in December. It hadn’t turned up by May despite following up in January. Now we’ve had to ask and chase again for a refund. Staff are rude and not customer friendly at all. I’d recommend using a company that cares instead of Kvik

"Very disappointed with my experience with Kvik. I bought a new kitchen and paid for professional installation, but the tradesman was only there for half the agreed time and left us with an unfinished kitchen and over 20 marks in our new wooden floor. When I complained, I was told it was my responsibility to protect the floor - something not in the contract. I have put a huge amount of work into preparing the room and am deeply disappointed that Kvik does not take responsibility for the damage. Now I am left with an unfinished kitchen, and Kvik does not want to complete the installation until my complaint about the floor is resolved. It negatively affects my everyday life and my family's quality of life. In addition, there were several errors in the order, such as missing parts and wrong colors on handles. I advise others to consider their choices carefully before doing business with Kvik. My experience has been far from satisfactory." PS Kvik no longer responds to my emails. They have put me on cold ice after I chose to complain about them to the appeals board. Even the contact I received after my trustpilot review is now met with silence.. is like being in a crime film.. I am speechless..

KVIK kitchen…..should definitely not be called KVIK when you order your kitchen in March, for installation in August, and only get the last things (oven!) delivered just before Christmas! 9 months from order!! There is still a bit to go before we reach the finish line, but I can't take it anymore! Do the rest yourself. However, the carpenter pulls up the assessment, because he is very skilled... But he is unfortunately far too busy to finish small things when things are delivered over several months.

Bought a new kitchen and bath last year in November. The deal includes that Kvik kitchen must deliver the cabinets together. The transaction itself was handled fine. During delivery, we received a worktop that was too short, as well as a wrong sink for the toilet. However, I think we solved these problems ok. Compensation for the sink, new worktop with about a week's delay, as well as some other small things which were expected to be resolved. BUT....then the fun begins. We have bought a colonial tall cabinet that pipes when we open the door. Here, documentation was requested before a fitter was sent out to adjust the cabinet. In the summer it started again, and we start by sending an email about the problem on 28 August. Afterwards, the same fitter comes out and finds that there are hinges that have been fitted incorrectly. Leaving us with a cupboard that is now only half usable, a crooked door and with the words that he didn't have the spare parts with him. It is understandable, but since we subsequently hear no more from Kvik, we call our salesperson to find out when we can expect installation and a return visit by the fitter. After that it's just one bad experience after another..... Hinges suddenly arrive in the mail...that's fine, then the spare parts arrived. We then try to get a time booked for the fitter to come by, but are unfortunately met by: "We are simply SO busy, and the fitter has absolutely no time for the next two months" "Then I have to try to find a time by changing his appointments" "You hear from me" "I'll let you know at the end of the week" (Which doesn't happen!) "She's busy, I ask her to call me back" (Which doesn't happen!) "She can't talk right now, she's talking to a colleague".....I'm just waiting....."She doesn't have time She has to do something else" We are fully aware that plans have been made for us to try to change the hinges and fix the door ourselves, BUT we are also aware that if we try ourselves and the problem is still present, then it is "our own fault " On 04.10 a personal inquiry will be made to the seller/owner in the store, as we are frustrated that what is promised is not kept. But if it was bad before, this experience was completely blown out of proportion. Our seller is a co-owner of the store, so one would think that the only thing that was important was to get the problem solved quickly and easily. Instead, one excuse came after another, almost our own fault, and she was constantly on the defensive. In fact, we suggested that we could requisition a fitter ourselves and send an invoice......but "No, no, the piano doesn't play like that" In the end, however, we could be entered in the book until the fitter can come on 02 November. We are SO sorry to be put in a booth as troublesome customers, it is completely UNFAIR and UNFINT to neglect that there is something wrong with the product that has been delivered. It is SO rude not to respond to our inquiries, which would NOT be there if the product was in order. It is SO frustrating to have to "defend" our inquiries. It is to that extent a particularly regrettable and servile customer approach, which in NO way aspires to us ever recommending Kvik køkken in Hillerød.

Fine kitchens - BUT! It's not enough that something was packed wrong and we are now missing several doors etc. Then one door was wrong again and the rest was ordered which should arrive yesterday 23/4. I try to contact the seller again and again without success, but time and time again I get hold of some somewhat NOT service minded employees. Excited to see if I ever receive the missing items for our kitchen....

Strange experience, walking past several employees, no one greets or addresses us. So we went on to the next shop, where we bought what we had come for.
