One-page website without opening hours and information, apart from "we are very flexible"; I called in on Monday at 10 because appointments can only be made by phone. I said that I might be interested in some time with them, in the hope of looking up some clarifying information regarding the various possible treatments, also in relation to booking an appointment. I got a hesitant and arrogant ’’oookayy..….?? Within our opening hours..??'' - yes, the opening hours you have not described on your one-page website. Not much more was said – I am 24 years old, not deaf and can interpret tone and mood well, so I quickly said thank you and goodbye. The employee (owner?) also sounded as if he had just gotten up or that I had woken up with my call. Which then explains why the tone was so stern from the first word.
