Very good level of service and very helpful, even though the pump was sold and installed by another company! JMHF correctly diagnosed and solved the problems with my air-to-water heat pump. I contacted JMHF when a major player recommended replacing the pump, which was absolutely unnecessary. Also noticed that JMHF had a significantly lower price level! Can only recommend JMHF and will continue to contact JMHF directly
