I have to say that I am very disappointed with the service. I come down with my electric bike and ask for a full check and fix. Have to agree that it will cost DKK 699, which is fine. When I pick up my bike, I have to pay almost DKK 300 more than expected without getting any information about what the extra cost is, and I quickly notice that the bike runs as it did before it was delivered. I thought it was just my imagination so I drove home. Now, after using it a few times afterwards, I can see that the rear wheel is still loose and rocks from side to side when I drive. One of the metal pegs on the rear wheel is also broken and the bike just doesn't seem to have had anything done to it at all. Really disappointing service to hand over a bike that needs fixing and come home with a bike that hasn't been fixed. Especially when more money is withdrawn than promised without explanation. I haven't been down to them afterwards because first of all I suffer from really bad social anxiety and I'm not good at confrontations, and secondly because I think it's too bad that my bike wasn't made as promised and I feel that I've been cheated of my money. I sent an email at the end of August but still haven't heard anything. Damn bad customer service!!!

I came 1 hour before closing time with a completely loose and broken chain and the shop manager has saved my day and my 5 day 100 km bike ride the next day by quickly changing my chain - while other shops in Holbæk have canceled on me at such short notice. Without his help, I could not go on the bike trip with my children, which could have been a shame for everyone. I also got a discount from him which you don't get often these days! He was a hero, so nice that I'm sure his will be my favorite shop.

Good handling and service. I asked if I could have a cup of coffee while I waited for an answer from the bank and I got it, i.e. coffee. 😊

Extremely good service doesn't get better service We had to buy a bike with accessories To our grandson who had everything explained at a child's level and there was plenty of time for it It was tried and talked about. Really nice service Not the last time we buy a bike there There was a lovely atmosphere in the shop Very nice can only recommend it With many roses
