The busses here are on time to the schedule. There's a big tv monitor at the center to check the time of the busses and also for the trains. There's a 7/11 store that you can stay in to get you warm or buy foods while waiting for the bus or train.

It is easy to find around. There is both the layer cake house, a pizzaria and a 7 eleven at the station. The station is relatively close to the pedestrian street and there are basically all the shops you can think of within walking distance.

So the station is okay, but the tunnel and its stairs could probably use a round of washing. It is a nice big bus network with many travel options, but some of the buses could run a little more often. The service in 7/11 is like all the other stores they have and I thought it was probably quite normal.
