Deserves a best rating! Excellent service. Staffs are very professional and having a right knowledge. Easy to talk and they are so supportive to assist you with the right service. I have visited for many different reasons every time they provided me with right service, especially when I have to exchange my foreign drivers license.

I am in shock after visiting Hillerød Rådhus today. I have never been treated this badly in my life. The lady who served me and my friend was hostile and aggressive. She wasn't polite or helpful at all. I have a feeling it is something to do with us not being Danish and not speaking the language. I strongly feel that a person with an attitude like that should not work in a place like this. Hopefully I will not have to go back there.

Friendly staff, some of them barely speaks English but it is enough to fill forms and understand desired purposes. Clean place too.

Really bad service. People are not spoken to nicely and there is no pity or help to be had. If you come to a town hall, it is to get help and not to be told how "stupid" you are or rolled your eyes or talked down to.
