We visited this place on a cold winter day but still found the place to be almost full. Fortunately we had made reservations. The menu is focused on open sandwiches on rye bread and closed sandwiches on wheat. The selection is small but sufficient and managed to offer fish, meat and vegetable focused meals. The main attraction is the beer as this is a very good micro brewery with a large collection of craft beers. A shop offers the opportunity to buy the goods as well as other local produce. I had three open sandwiches and they are very large and delicious. The wooden plates are too small and as you cut into the sandwich it is hard not to have some of the filling end up on the table. I really recommend this place if you are nearby.

The brewery has a wide selection of delicious craft beers. We also had a tasty lunch. I highly recommend Herslev Bryghus for a chill afternoon outside the city with good food and beers.The place has "hygge" vibes and is located 10-minute walk from Herslev Beach.

A lot of different types of beers, the taste and quality is up for discussion, and nice Smörrebröd with a place to enjoy the sun. All in all nice

They make their beers here and even grow the barley for most of their malt here. Pretty incredible to see such a feat achieved in the Danish countryside. I really enjoyed the bread with herring and the vegan one. In the beer department I had a great sour, a strong tasting double IPA and a really nice summer beer invention of theirs that mixed a certain hay sour with an ale. Altogether it was a great experience would most definitely recommend!

Great micro brewery located close to Roskilde and Odsherred in northern Sealand. All beers are amazing but i was particularly amazed by their zero alcohol (0.5%) beer that is fresh and fruity. The 5km detour from from highway to Odsherred ud worth the time!

In the middle of a long ride in the park when there seemed to be nothing to drink and eat something, we finally come across this wonderful place at the right time!! Excellent beers with fast service. It is a brewery, with the possibility of purchasing. Relaxing environment. Really beautiful

Fantastic brewery, great ambience and delicious hand-crafted beers. Employees are friendly and very knowledgeable. The festival here was a lot of fun, highly recommended for any beer enthusiasts or locals

Really cosy cafe and taproom and well worth a visit after the Lejre museum. Delicious rhubarb tart and really nice beer.
