Half the staff will laugh in your face if you are ignorant. Jokes at one's expense even though they know you hear them. Very unpleasant.

Ordering a kitchen. Asking early about installation. The carpenter leaves an incomplete quote on Friday, goes on vacation on Monday. Unable to reach. I am left to my own devices with my kitchen. Not recommended for kitchen shops because of this

Asked for a quote once in 2019 - never got a reply Asked again for another quote in 2021 - got no answer even though I was there and they promised to come back within 4 days. Got the feeling that private customers are not so highly prioritized/valued.
