good selection of brands and materials but I should point out the lack of customer service. Once I have been misleaded and the item I bought did not fit to exact purpose eventhough I specifically asked confirmation before buying. Another time the seller was not aware of the item they are selling and I couldn't see any will/effort to help. So, If you’re not hundred percent sure what you’re buying, especially the technical items, you can end up with disappointment.

I bought a gravel bike in the summer and then I came back after the summer to buy mudguards. I ask them if they could install them for me, but they rejected it. I think that is not a good service.

there is a very poor customer service and everything takes an incredibly long time to get done. the shop is nice with good bike selection.

Such helpful staff. I rolled in with a broken bottom bracket and split tyre at 5pm. By 6pm I left with everything sorted. Great service - thanks guys!

The quality of the products they sold me did not live up to what they promised.
