Another wonderful evening at Gentofte Bistro. Highly recommended - really cozy atmosphere and the most wonderful bistro food and a really wide wine list (good prices - and many wines can be bought by the glass) 👌 I'm already looking forward to the next time! I am glad that we have got a little more life in Gentoftegade.

Sweet young girls to serve, but it seems too much to have drunk a glass of tap water from the water jug and then it is filled up without warning and then you get a voucher for 2 jugs. After which it is left completely full because no one has asked for more water. A good idea to notify your guests and perhaps wait until it is empty. It looked half bad style. Perhaps you should not pay for water when you have bought other drinks.

Close but not good enough. Gentofte Bistro is a cosy, intimate little bistro with simple, old-school decor. The staff seem committed and are extremely welcoming, attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, they fall through on food and price. We got a Skands Classic draft beer, whiskey sour and Parisian steak. A total of DKK 440 per person. Beer and cocktail were okay, despite the cheap bottles on the shelves. The steak itself was too salty and the white toast underneath was chewy. The place lands in a strange place, where the menu seems to make you want simple, rustic and good food, but the price sets high expectations. The quality must either be increased or the price reduced if I am to come again.

Nice place with beautiful decor and a good atmosphere, but they have simply gone 20-30% too expensive compared to the price of the food, for it to ever be a place I want to visit often. An attitude shared by many, I hear. It's a shame, but DKK 350 for biksemad is absurd. Would otherwise come much more often.

We got three starters, drinks and steaks. The foie gras was homemade and very delicious, the tartar and molds marinières were also really good. The main course was served with French fries. The steaks were cooked well and very tasty. Overall a good experience.

Really well prepared food. The lobster bisque in particular was up to the mark. Delicious wines by the glass. All in the most well-decorated room, which was both cozy and very, very elegant. What a pleasure!!
