Nice, but pretty much everything that could go wrong did. Everything took much longer than stated, the valves they fitted fell down, the vent they were supposed to seal before they fitted the dehumidifier was far from tight. They have been back and tried to fix the flaws several times with no better success. The competence thus appears to be lacking. The company is not accommodating after these attempts. Dissatisfied and very expensive compared to what we got.

Incorrect information to us as customers. Does not own up to his mistakes (several!). Not willing to find a solution. WARNING! MAKE SURE TO HAVE EVERYTHING IN WRITING WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!!! OTHERWISE IT COULD COST YOU EXPENSIVELY!

Plastic was added to the crawl space which I was clear would act as a vapor barrier. This was not done and the explanation to me was that it was "not needed". But that's what I paid for and thought I'd get. Not satisfied.

Contacted me for help on a cold wind, seller returned, but was more interested in what the competitor in Skåne had offered than helping me, would return with time for technicians for investigation and quotation, but never called back. until a couple of months later for feedback on how things had gone. Guess if I said I wasn't interested in doing business with Friska Hem Sweden again. There are other players who sell this system but start by bringing in an independent specialist first.

For 15 years, we had had a dehumidification fan under our crawl space but felt that it was starting to smell musty inside, so we consulted Friska Hem for help. Service came here and found that the fan was broken and they proposed a solution which meant replacing the broken fan with a sorption defunctor which would be more efficient and also mean that we save energy. It easily makes sense why we accepted the offer. Now the replacement is done and the musty smell has disappeared again. My experiences with the company are very positive. Both the installers and the seller were both matter-of-fact and pleasant. They planned their presence, informed me and came as planned so everything worked very smoothly. Therefore, I can warmly recommend Friska Hem if you have problems with moisture in your house and need advice and help.

Good information when I called Friska home, clear and pleasant reception. Clear info that was reviewed at the 1st call. Albin did the 1st inspection which was also very clear and I gained trust in him. He had a very good reception. The job was then done by Albin and Emil, who was also a calm and nice guy. Got a quote with a price that would be neither more nor less. Perhaps a bit doubtful about the price in relation to how long the job took. But I am completely satisfied with the job. Anita Johansson
