Stopped by Femstjernet Bilpleje yesterday and got my car ready. It was an outstanding experience - the car is simply so beautiful! There is not a single place on the car that has not received love - great experience. A few years ago, I had a ceramic treatment on the car at the mentioned company, and I must say the money was well spent - my car looks almost brand new, and it certainly helps my resale value. Thank you very much for your fine service and skilled work. See you again from a very happy customer 😃 The pictures below speak for themselves. Should just mention that my car is 8 years old.

The Ford Transit Custom disabled car had to be cleaned and the following was agreed upon: exterior washing, rim cleaning, door seams cleaned, windows polished and vacuuming of the entire car. Really nice work they can be recommended. I myself am a former cleaning person but can only say great work.

I had my car over for a service wash, i.e. exterior and interior cleaning. Additionally, I wanted dog hair removed and was told they would give a price when I brought the car so they could see how much hair there was. When I came and they checked, they said they would remove hair at no extra charge. I had forgotten to take the car seat out of the car, so I offered to do that on delivery, but I was told that was no problem. When I picked up the car, however, it was clear that it had not been thoroughly cleaned inside, see the attached pictures. There was dust and dirt on the dashboard and around the gear stick, in addition there was still lots of dog hair, and they had just left the car seat and cleaned it around, which you can also see in one of the pictures. I had to hand the car back at the end of the leasing period, so I had to start cleaning it myself. Before writing this review I contacted the company where they ended up claiming I lied about what we had agreed and they have since ignored me.

Should hand over the SUV after the end of the lease. I took good care of it myself, but hold on, after just one treatment at Femstjernet Bilpleje it was almost new again👍👍👏👏. They had even removed a handprint in the ceiling, which I had overlooked myself.. Worth all the money, should be called 10 stars🤗

Have had both our cars over. One car drives daily with 2 dogs - both cars looked like new when we picked them up. This is not the last time we use Femstjernet Bilpleje - I would give 6 stars if possible :-)

Advertise with one price but want a different one when you visit them.
