We had a ventilation system installed from them. Contact and offer went smoothly and quickly. During the actual installation, some things were changed and our footbridge was sawed off at the end. Why they couldn't see this on first review is beyond me. The installation was not as desired and initially agreed. Next, they accidentally ripped a wire out of a socket without making it. Our installation is noisy today and we have repeatedly written and called them for help. They have never returned. Farumel makes quick solutions does not provide any service or support. My advice, buy from them if they can't do anything wrong and no service is required from them afterwards

Farum installation company promised to be able to fix the update of our IHC system and after 3 hours of work we were worse off when they arrived, there were a lot of useless programs installed on our PC and it was a huge job to get someone to remove/uninstall these , and that we were not better off, i.e. not even status, but worse, clearly cannot be recommended for IHC work, we have no knowledge of their other business.
