As soon as the purchase was binding for both parties, their service level disappeared. Now they have sent us an advertisement in which they advertise that they are the best at selling at the highest price (apparently we have also been signed up to their advertising list). In the advertisement, our address is in the list, where we can see that we have obviously paid significantly more than the average for our new home. I just think it's strange to be made visible like that with what you paid and how much compared to all other buyers. When we have to buy a home one day, it probably won't be with them, unless they happen to have our dream home.
