I bought a 0km scooter, two years a go ,from minute 1 it gave problems, clutch change by factory default. Then the bike stopped by itself when braking, I take it and they tell me that it is the exhaust gas area, that by other mechanics that is practically not replaced, it continues to give problems just after the change of zone, I complain, se.la there is a lot of time left and they say that the bike works well. When you get home the same problem you haven't fixed. Honestly very unprofessional since I bought what recommended. I feel really ripped off. I complained to the consumer office and I haven't heard back why they haven't shown up. They are scammers. The bike is lying in a rotting garage. I don't recommend this site at all. You haber more than one problema like mine. Frederik tell me what you Talk with your lawyer to know more about that. You have the same problem.

I bought a 0km hot50 that present issues in less than 2 weeks, after paying for the first official service and reporting the problem they told me it was "solved" but the scooter kept working worse and worse and today it has been in "reparation" for more than 2 months. Im still waiting for my money back and discussing the matter with a lawyer. I can understand mistakes but this is too much.

Terrible customer service, I had to call 3 times and send 3 emails to get a refund on a product that they charged me twice by mistake. They are also very slow at answering emails as we reached out to them before for a product request and it took them 3 weeks to answer. Would not recommend...

Well they have agv like my helmet(and caberg..which is not). And a lot of mc. The chat we had was good and helpful. We were not bothered and we were happy with their help in the transaction. I ll pass by another time when i find 900 dkk for a pinlock.

It is very rare to experience as good a service and kindness, as the one I experienced with Enghave Motor. So I feel that the story really deserves to be shared: We bought an old moped which was to be used for a bachelor party. It worked fine when we got it but the day before the party we suddenly could not start it. I found the number for Enghave Motor online and called them - Per from the workshop answered the phone and advised me, that the moped was too old so they didnt have spare parts for it on stock and they had a man sick that day, so they were unable to fix it the same day. When I told him that it was to be used for a bachelor party the next day and that they were my last option he immediately told me to try and come by with it, then they would see what they could do. Two hours later I came to the workshop and in 20 minutes they had it starting again. They really saved the day for a all of us - a big thanks from here!!!
