Not a fan. They do not stand behind their products. Great at selling but after that, you are on your own. The BB on my x bike failed after only 800km on the 8 month old bike. I was informed this is normal! 🧐 I what world does a cranck fail after 800km!? Even in extreme miss use that is not normal. The bike was only 8months old but there was nothing to come after since the amount is under the minimum requirement for creating a consumer case. If the seller had informed me of this I would not have bought the bike since this raises serious concern about the robustness and reliability. The spare part BB cost 3x more than the net price. Will not use them again and I am super dissipointed since I had the initial impression they where top.

Ordered helmet but never received or heard from them. Impossible to get through on the phone or email. Drove down to the store and no one knew anything about their young employees. Although he was very nice. Enough money I'll never see again... Had got the impression that it was a really good place, but it really needs someone to take ownership.

Got a puncture close to the bike shop. When I entered the workshop, I was immediately rejected: we don't have time for that. So I bought a hose and changed it myself. Afterwards, I just wanted to ask for some adjustment of the brake. You have to manage that yourself - came the answer from the same person in the workshop. Not very service minded, one must say :) Employee in the store was friendly - that's why I give 2 stars...

Nice bike shop with lots of equipment and workshop attached, which already seems like a promising shop with good customer service. But the staff in both the store and the workshop turned it upside down. My basis for going down to the store in the first place was that I needed a lot of parts for my mountain bike so that it could fly again, and before I wanted to start ordering parts from home I wanted to give the local a chance to get a sale instead of the big, boring internet. So I end up in front of their shop with my half bike, enter the shop and am relatively quickly noticed by the clerk who quickly takes me further down to their workshop. Here I am met by two bicycle mechanics who are tired of their lives and therefore give me the most boring look I have ever received in a shop before.... Here I think that I must step forward and be the one who controls the course of the battle and gets the problem explained to the two mechanics. They both disagree about who should service me, so it will be a bit of a boring service as they have already shown at the first meeting with their annoying body language that they don't really want to service me. I am asked to pick up my bike so that one can look at it and I can show them what is missing. The mechanic then takes half a look at it and immediately says that they can't fix it because I don't have a picture of the gear drop, even for the brand of my bike, which is a fair case. But that wasn't the only thing I was missing, so I hoped they could come up with what else I was looking for. Here I could tell I was starting to annoy them with all my questions, so I gave up trying to get the parts for my bike and wandered back home with the bike and with a really bad feeling in my stomach, which probably came from the feeling of disbelief and pathetic service from the mechanics. To summarize the experience, I would say that it probably does not pay to be what they would probably describe as a difficult customer, with many questions that disturb them in their work. However, I think that the shop probably has a lot more to offer in terms of service, I was just unlucky with my problem. However, this should not change the fact that the shop hangs on the workshop chain, as it seems as if the mechanics expect you to give them a bike and then they will repair it for you. I probably don't follow this clientele there, as there is a charm in fixing things myself in my opinion. All in all, I think the store gets 2 stars for this experience, but then I hope they find the review constructive and properly explained to take on board and work on. Or they have to, because I just shop online now that you're sure you won't get bad service there.

Got my new racing bike partially assembled. I had installed the following myself: saddle, seatpost with tensioning mechanism, handlebar/stem, handlebar fittings, tires/tubes, cassette and handlebar tape. I got a bill of DKK 2400 for assembling a complete bike, which is not correct and also the industry's highest hourly price of DKK 800!!! Competitors typically charge DKK 499. per hour. Or 1500 for complete assembly of a new bike. The work itself is perfectly OK, but the price is completely wrong.
