We needed our back left shock-absorber replaced, they replaced them both within 24hrs along with a stabiliser (we did not know this was broken). They informed us about the extra cost of the stabiliser via phone before starting the job. Overall pleasant experience. The lady at the front desk was welcoming and professional. As an expat, finding a trusted mechanic is hard especially with limited local knowledge. We will return if we have anymore car issues.

I took my car to them for inspection. There was a chip on the windscreen of the car due to a small stone and the front lights needed to be trimmed. The chip on the windscreen was located in the middle and towards the driver side. The diameter of it was less than 1cm. It had the size of my small finger's nail. The chip was repaired in the past. There was no risk of spreading, they admitted that. They reported that the wind screen needed to be replaced due to that small chip! Their argument was that it would block my view. This is just ridiculous. It looked literally like a tiny water drop on the windscreen just below the center mirror of the car. What a waist of resources and materials! They offered me to fix it themselves and they would not charge me extra for the re-inspection. I accepted the offer. I made clear to them that I wanted the windscreen to be replaced by an original Renault windscreen, but they did not hear me and instead replaced it by a windscreen that was not by Renault. The wind screen is leaking water as they probably did not seal it correctly. Now I need to repair my windscreen. I will never trust them my car again.

Extremely poor service and rude employees. Pushing people to pay for fixes and refusing to show the proof of what you have to pay for. Avoid them by any chance.

Stay away from this company! They send out fake bills and keep sending reminders. I have tried several times to make them aware that it is a mistake and they acknowledge the mistake and I do not owe them anything, yet they keep sending reminders.
