I have been extremely satisfied with the service I have received in Cykelringen over 1 1/2 years, it is absolutely top notch. Always friendly, polite and helpful service. A safe and proper place to hand in your bike. The best recommendations.

My bike was more damaged after the visit to Cykelringen than before I handed it in. They put on tires that were crooked and claimed that it was my wheels that were wrong. So DKK 600 out of the window and at the same time I had to get new tires fitted at another bike dealer. There was suddenly nothing wrong with the wheels when the new tires were on.

Unfortunately CANNOT give minus stars,,, because otherwise I would have done it.. There is no way they can make bikes in that shop!! How can you e.g. as a "bicycle smith" putting a wheel on incorrectly also saying the bike is made... Would in NO way recommend that place 😱
