I have been here 4 times in total, twice the hairdresser I had were great, and the other 2 times, HORRIBLE! The problem is, as mentioned before by some, the hairdressers keep changing and you do not get to request for a specific hairdresser. I remember someone by the name Niki was great, she was kind and good at her job! This other lady wanted to straighten my curly hair before she cut it? How would that even work? As someone who hasn’t studied hair, even I know that won’t work. One other lady when I asked about Niki said she wasn’t as good and she herself wasn’t great and cut my hair unevenly. The other lady who cut my hair really well unfortunately pulled me around as tho my head wasn’t attached to my neck. Overall, not a great experience here sadly.

Get there with middle legs, ask for middle legs, come out with side legs. It's wonderful that hairdressers do the exact opposite of what you want! Damn if they have an education. And considering all the bad reviews and you time and time again replying that everyone is trained, you are either lying or you should look at who you hire.

Got a haircut here and it wasn't good. The hairdresser pulled my hair and burned me. I thought it would be good because my older brother got his hair cut here but no. I asked about curtain bangs and she took half my hair and now it doesn't even want curtain-a. Also asked about layers but she gave me a mop instead. She cut off 2/3 of my hair so now it's thin. Unpleasant and painful.

DO NOT GO THERE! One particular woman who works there needs to work on her attitude a little more. The attitude up in the sky. Inexperienced in cutting. Wanted a haircut, walked out with an EMO HAIRSTYLE. nothing wrong with having an emo hairstyle, but it's not something I would want working as a lawyer. SHAME! DO NOT GO THERE! Go to another hairdresser in Helsingborg!

Don't go there!!! If you say you want it a certain way, they won't listen to one. They just want to make the cut as quickly as possible. And to add salt to the wound, none of the hairdressers speak correct Swedish and cannot make themselves understood.

The son was not at all satisfied, showed a hairstyle he wanted, and got a completely different one. he was so disappointed and sad. Plus they were the day before the end of school, which ended in him wearing a cap for 2 weeks
