I visited Ove, who was a very nice man, who was supposed to help us get approval for an extension. (Nov. 2019) I thought I was thorough and assessed that I could trust Ove and pay an advance of DKK 10,000. In December there is activity on the project, I get, among other things, sent a sketch, and we give a power of attorney for Ove to send the application. Ove contacts me and says he has some problems with some details and he has meetings with the municipality. Next, he sends a bill for another DKK 10,000, which I pay in good faith, as we have an agreement for approx. DKK 24,000 for building permission and writing of 2 easements. But after I have paid bill no. 2, Ove has sunk into the ground. In the last 3 months I have called countless times and written emails without being able to get in touch with Ove. The only response is a text that was supposed to be from his wife, who says that Over is ill and will be back in July... But it's been a long time now, and I've tried to call many times... So here we are now and cannot sell our villa apartment due to Ove and building control. BEWARE AND NEVER PAY FOR SOMETHING YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED!!! After this posting, I have received the money back. Now I just stand back on bare ground.
