I had a really good experience with Johan / Bristol cycles. I felt there was plenty of time and you could try bikes (several times) without feeling like a hassle in terms of selecting the "right bike". I have bought a spring bog that I am very satisfied with so far. The service in the shop was really good, and Johan gave me a few extra accessories for Easter. Nice guy and my girlfriend and I will definitely be back. In contrast, we were also past Fri Cykler further down Søborg main street, and there was not the same presence at all, so we quickly left again so we felt a bit "inconvenient".

Ordered replacement of chain, rear sprocket, rear derailleur and replacement of a spoke in the front wheel as well as service on my city bike. The first four things were done to my complete satisfaction, but service could have been done better, as I had to lubricate both the lock and support foot and screw the rear fender better when I got the bike home.

Søborg's worst bicycle smith in a special class. Even simple 'repairs' such as changing a hose can take several days to complete - and at the same time at a price far above others. The 'fatigue' that the facade exudes continues when you enter the store. It really is a place to avoid.

We bought a bicycle from Bristol bicycles on Søborg Hovedgade for our 11-year-old boy. We received extremely competent advice and guidance from Johan. We were asked to come back the following week so we could get a 20% discount for Black Friday. They didn't have to do that, but it just shows that you are dealing with honest people. We can highly recommend Bristol bikes to everyone. We will 100% come back again when we need to buy new bikes for the rest of the family.
