This is now A Volvo Service Center and it is the place I get my car serviced. Great guys, very helpful and authorized and licensed by Volvo and Opel. Because of that it is not the cheapest option, but then you know it's done the right way and with the right parts!

Not a very good garage. Very expensive and the work carried out isn't high quality for the price. No advice is given either of parts that may need replacing for the service. I was also diving around for 2 months with a screwdriver under the bonnet!

Really good serivce and treatment. Clear message about what price is expected and the time it takes to make your car. High service and quality. Can be highly recommended. Give them a call over the phone and judge for yourself.

Thank you for good, competent and honest advice in connection with the purchase of a Volvo at Bilhuset Frederiksen and the subsequent installation of additional equipment. When you are around and talk to several dealers in a short time, you experience the difference between advice and service and where you feel safe shopping.

A service that goes beyond all expectations. I am contacting Polestar today, as my new car, after 1 1/2 months, has to be serviced for the 4th time, as the car cannot be locked with either the key or the APP. The dealer where the car was bought can take it in at the earliest in 9 days, which is not reassuring when it has to be left unlocked. Polestar refers me to Bilhuset Frederiksen in Brøndby, with whom they have good experience, they say. Indeed, when I call them, the answer is prompt, I couldn't live with that either. Come right away, we'll sort that out within an hour. It is very simple where the car needs to be serviced in the future.
