We were waiting for 25 minutes and nobody even said hello to us. Not even "we are busy and we will help you in 10 minutes". Even when we left and it was 2 sales persons and another employee we had to make ourselves loud to have some attention. One sales person was on the phone, I was standing next to his desk and he didn't even looked at us. The other one was busy with customers but had obviously seen us but didn't say a word. and the last employee was going in and out with car keys and looking at his phone. We'll go somewhere else...

They are able to sold hidden fault. And later they say they have nothing to do with it. Better keep far away from this place. I really do not recommend. No the car is not tested before send to customer and you don't have even documentation from this test because if customer asking about this documentation then is completely silence. But of course audi amager always washed the hands, away from the problem !!!! The audi service found problem not customer !!!!!! 4 months after I bought this car. But like I sad audi amager kaastrup washed the hands away from the problem !!!!!!
