Aubo Hillerød We barely got a hello when we entered an otherwise completely empty shop. However, we ask the man behind the computer if he has Cassøe amateurs - he does - and we have to go around and find them ourselves. Yes, then. When we find the fixtures we want to order + additional equipment, I take a few pictures of the fixture itself with the item number on it, so that we can more easily explain to him what we need, because we need many different ones. We do that and half way through the store he comes over to us and says "Won't you just take a catalog home because I honestly don't like you taking pictures in my exhibition" in a VERY harsh tone. We calmly explain to him that we just need to know which amateurs we want to order - and since it is for an entire house, we just need to know exactly what they are called and what numbers they have. But he is totally happy and doesn't say anything more but just stands and stares at us until I take my husband by the hand and we walk out of there. Worst experience I have ever had in any store. EW!

Wasted my time at Aubo Hillerød! At the measurement meeting, I experienced an uninspiring salesperson (proprietor) who barely cared to hear about our kitchen needs and ideas. When I hadn't heard from him after more than 14 days, I got in touch and was told he had been overloaded with other tasks and NOTHING had been drawn on my kitchen. If you can neither inspire, manage time nor plan your work, you should definitely not build my kitchen! NB! Aubo removes criticism on Trustpilot by claiming that it has not had a real customer experience.
