The service staff that came out on site was very good and helpful. However, be sure to compare prices for spa service before purchasing. Delivery and service are expensive. The spare parts were very expensive for what they are too. A relay for SEK 2,500 and an electrical cabinet for SEK 5,500 for the budget model of spa bath. You have to make money as a business, but here the margins build on each other and the customer has to pay extra.

Never coming back, ordered batteries and got old batteries. A mistake, nothing strange, but then they didn't want to deal with a complaint, but referred to other support, who of course stated that they sold old batteries as new. Then they refused to send me new batteries before they received the old ones in return. That is, the whole thing took almost a month to solve on their part. Never again.
