I wanted to return the lamp I ordered. It turned out that all packaging could not be damaged. The lamp was wrapped in foil and taped. It was impossible to unpack it without damaging the packaging. I do not recommend.

Stay away and never order anything from Andlight. They have the worst customer service. I've never received the tracking number of the sending or any information at all. And on their website they stated that the package will be deliver at home which is not true. The customer service was not willing to help you or compensate even when they made the mistake. The return of the packages cost also a lot if you're not living in Denmark.

I bought a wireless Gubi lamp that needs to recharge way sooner than I thought it did. Because I tested the lamp I am not eligible for restitution. In my opinion, this is not good customer service. * Also, I had a request to review the lamp after my purchase, and my review is deleted/not placed on the product page. This is a violation of the Consumer Review Fairness Act.

Great customer service. Very helpful and efficient. I love the choice of lamps and appreciate their good prices. Added to that, they proved to be flexible to give me the best prices on the market. It's true that you have to pay for returning a product, which is quite costly if the product and its packaging have large dimensions and if you buy from abroad. Still worth it ....

worst online shopping mistake i have made in my life!! do not buy at this company they have 1500 Euro from me that they are holding for over 6 months not answering emails and treating their costumers like trash -don't do it!

Really quick delivery. There was a small fault with the light - I spoke to the Claims Team who sorted this out within a day. Excellent customer service, really friendly and solutions-orientated. Will definitely shop there again.

More than 5 weeks delivery time and not 2-5days as stated on the website. Soon after Christmas they started offering a 15% discount on their website. Had we known we wouldn't get the lights on time (they were supposed to be a Christmas gift), we would have waited in order to enjoy the discount. This was not a success. We will not order again.
