I was going on a Saturday biking trip, but in the morning I found my bike with a flat tire. I went to this bike shop a bit after 10 and asked for a quick reparation. The staff was really friendly and service minded and when I came back 15 min later the tire was already fixed. 120 DKK, good price.

The service was fast and effective, complying in a timely manner... but the attention was terrible and dishonest, in addition to the fact that the person was very arrogant..

Super bad service! Should have cut the lock because the key was bent. The man said it would take 20 minutes so I could just go for a walk in the meantime. I insisted on waiting in the store. He said several times I could just leave. But I didn't care. 30 seconds later (the time it takes to cut a lock with bolt cutters) he was done. I said "how much does it cost?" DKK 70 ... I said I needed a new lock as well and offered me one for DKK 349. Then I suggested I buy it without paying for the 30 second service, which he would charge DKK 70 for (Hourly price: 8400 DKK). No, unfortunately he couldn't. I was told/mumbled something about how I could never dream of such absurdly poor service in any industry. I paid DKK 70 and left without a lock and next time I will choose any other bike dealer at any time.

Have had my bike fixed maybe 5-10 times there. Reasonable prices and friendly service. Opening hours could be longer, hence the missing star. Otherwise very satisfied and I will go there again
